Veracruzana
There’s a medium heat to this dish that uses a chipotle-hinted tomato sauce combined with jalapeno peppers, green peppers and, surprisingly, green olives.
Diabla
Not for the timid, this dish is called "diabla" thanks to the intense heat of the habanero pepper. Chipotle adobo adds to the smoky flavor of this red sauce.
Mexicana
One of the most common means of preparing meat, poultry and fish in Mexico, this recipe uses jalapeno peppers, tomatoes and onions. A true taste of Mexico.
Mango/Chipotle
This sauce is unique for its dual sweet-yet-smoky and spicy flavor. Sautéed onions add to the flavor, culminating in a savory dish.
