Pescado/Fish (Mahi-Mahi): $19
There’s a medium heat to this dish that uses a chipotle-hinted tomato sauce combined with jalapeno peppers, green peppers and, surprisingly, green olives.
Not for the timid, this dish is called "diabla" thanks to the intense heat of the habanero pepper. Chipotle adobo adds to the smoky flavor of this red sauce.
