Two thick handmade corn tortillas topped with beans and chicken, steak, ground beef, chorizo or carnitas, salsa verde or roja, onions, cilantro and fresco cheese. Served with rice.
Tostadas: $9
Two crispy corn tortillas topped with beans and chicken, steak, ground beef, chorizo or carnitas, lettuce, cheese and pico de gallo. Served with rice.
Tacos del Paisa (breaded fish): $9
Two tacos (flour or corn soft tortillas) topped with freshly breaded tilapia, shredded cabbage, pico de gallo and a creamy chipotle sauce. Served with rice and beans.

A bed of romaine lettuce topped with your choice of meat, hot grilled onions, peppers, and melted cheese. Served with creamy vinaigrette dressing.
Burrito Salad: $9.5
Served in a bowl, this tortilla-free meal is made with beans, lettuce, grilled peppers/onions, salsa rojo, pico de gallo, cheese, and your choice of meat. (Substitute shrimp for $3 more)

Marinated shrimp, orange and avocado slices, tortilla strips, and fresco cheese served on a bed of fresh spinach leaves and topped with honey pasilla vinaigrette dressing.

Three flautas made with flour tortillas wrapped around a flavorful mix of chicken, cheese, red and green peppers and onions. Served with creamy chipotle sauce, rice and beans.

Las Velas Lunch Combo: $10
One burrito, one green enchilada and one taco cooked with your choice of one meat: chicken, steak, ground beef, chorizo or carnitas. Served with rice and beans.
Chile Relleno Combo: $10
One cheese chile relleno, rice, beans, chilaquiles with salsa verde.
Tamale: $9
Cornmeal tamale baked in banana leaf. Chicken, pork or veggies. Rice and beans.
Burritos: $9

AKUMAL: Vegetarian burrito stuffed with beans, lettuce, pico de gallo, peppers, onions, mushrooms, guacamole, sour cream and red salsa.
CANCUN: Marinated steak and shrimp, melted cheese, pico de gallo and guacamole.
XEL-HA: Rice, chopped onions and cilantro,beans, hot or mild salsa, and melted cheese. Choose from chicken or steak.
